I'd like to celebrate this with you🥳
So a few weeks ago I received my final grades, and with everything passed I knew that I will graduate my psychology studies. But now, I received my final results and I think for the first time in my life I am proud of myself for my results... Graduating with first class was something that I never thought it was possible... but I've done it... In the first year of studies, when I was thinking about first class, I thought it was for the super smart people... and I just left it there and never focus on it... My focus was all the time on studies and learning... and then applying what was relevant... And again... for me, this proves to be the most powerful lesson, that I also apply it with all my clients ➡️Don't focus on the final outcome, but focus on what you have to do to get that outcome. So now, I'd love to celebrate this with you lovely people by opening up the discussion and ask you of you apply this lesson in your work☺️

What's your opinion on this?
I just saw a Monday post in a community - the Monday motivation kind of post, and the question was something like "are you disciplined or motivated?" And it got me thinking... Why one or the other? I think both are important, and we need both... Because, discipline helps you do the work regardless of how you are feeling... But feelings are signals... And sometimes we keep working on things that don't necessarily lead us to the things we want... because (maybe) our goals and motives change along the way... So is it really a good thing to be disciplined and keep working in that case? Also, yes it is true, most of the times we have to do the "not so fancy" work if we want to achieve big things... but even so... even if the motivation is not there in the moment... we still need the motivation of the big goal that we want to achieve... I am not motivated every day to get up at 5am... but I have the motivation of my big goal and also over the years I built a decent discipline... and that helps me to keep going. What is your take on this?

@Alexandra Alexa Absolutely! Start with Why.
The Most Expensive Lesson of My Life🌱
When I was a kid, I've heard this phrase many times: "You don't get what you want, you get what you deserve" Harsh... but somehow true... In the past 3 years I spent over £20k to work with coaches/mentors to help me build my business and reach financial freedom... I didn't get that... But I got something way more valuable...

@Alexandra Alexa Thank you for sharing your experience. And yes, the price can be high to learn these lessons. I absolutely agree that we need to examine our patterns. We also need to dig deeper than just the patterns/behaviours on the surface and become aware of our blind spots.

@Alexandra Alexa Yes that is a good point!
To Email or Not To Email? - What's You Take on This?
When I started my sports mindset coaching business I relied on emails to connect more deeply with my audience. Majority of them were reading my emails, applying the lessons, but not many signing up to my coaching program. Since I opened this community, I stopped using emails, because Skool has this function built in, and I've found that I am using too many platforms and software for a "1 man business". But... Tonight I had a discussion with Jen Hill Myers and she explained to me all the benefits that I might be missing from using emails as part of my client nurturing and attraction system - and I think that now I have changed my mind... What is your view/opinion on using email marketing - or just email to connect with your audience, outside Skool? Are you using it? or are you considering using it?

Impostor Syndrome Breaker🧨
I know that many of you in here struggle with the impostor syndrome... I struggled with it too for a long time, and it's still bothering me... However, the fastest way to deal with it is to talk about it and get feedback and support. ✨This post will live in here for you, lovely people, to have a space where you can write about how impostor syndrome affects you and your business, and to receive feedback and support. As a reminder, these are some common thoughts and beliefs we have when we struggle with impostor syndrome. If you find yourself in any one of these, drop a comment and let's work on it together. 🔸When people praise you, you fear you won't live up to their expectations. 🔸You feel your success is due to luck, despite your actual track record of achievements. 🔸You're afraid others will discover how little you know. 🔸When you succeed, you have doubts about being able to do it again. 🔸You believe others are more intelligent than you 🔸You feel you need to work harder than others to prove your worth. 🔸You always have a backup plan ready in case you're "discovered” for the fraud you believe yourself to be. 🔸You seek external validation, yet don't fully believe it when it comes.

@Alexandra Alexa This is something I have lived with too, for many years. What has helped me is getting curious about where it actually came from. Not just the behaviour, but the original fear underneath it. I also wonder if many of these patterns are less about capability and more about early messages around safety, belonging, or being allowed to take up space. And yes, I think most of us experience some of this at different stages, especially when we are growing or entering new rooms. Curious what others notice when they trace it back.
