When do you guys use target roas and what customer acquisition setting is best for scaling? Do you bid equally for new and existing customers, or do you use bid higher for new customers setting? I’ve been running my pmax campaign with bid higher for new customers with a target roas but can’t get it spend the full daily budget when trying to scale. I was using a target roas with the budget at £500, but it was never spending the full amount with a roas of around 3-4x. But since the Google update this campaign was performing poorly as it had the assets and the cpa increased from around £8-£16. Now I have a new feed only campaign with target roas without bidding for new customers and it’s still not spending the full daily budget.
