I recorded a YouTube video yesterday. Tbh I recorded two ahha. Kinda random. I just wanted to practise yapping to the camera. They genuinely are for that purpose and I’m Going to post them for that purpose. It was a lot less scary than you think. I tried scripted a while back and I just didn’t sound like myself. The video was me yapping about yapping to the camera 😂 Might be a couple of shorts in it somewhere.

Sorry my lovelies, I’ve been a little quiet as my Life took a tumble turnaround and back. It was a new moon at the start of the week, and you don’t have to be hippy dippy to use it as a excuse to start fresh. I took myself down to the little lake, watched the sun set and the moon rise. Journaled what I wanted to leave behind and mind mapped what I wanted to carry forward and focus on. I took this time as a reminder to just really focus on me. Now I have even more clarity. Calls will be arranged 🔜

Maybe it’s odd to you, maybe its your normal. I LOVE working on a Saturday, I think it’s because I know others are resting. It tricks my mind into feeling more productive. Same goes for evenings. I don’t know if it’s the way I’m wired, or if it’s the hospitality shifts from age 15 that made me this way. All I know is, I’d rather have a Wednesday off than a Saturday. Anyone else the same??

Clarity: Clearly defining task’s & goals so you know exactly what to be accountable for. Commitment: realise that no one is going to do it for you. You will have to action it first, even when delegating out. Communication: you need to track your progress, use project tools managers or notions pages. Try and keep it off paper. The more clear you are, the easier to track. Collaboration: Work with your connections, join accountability calls. Discuss with your team. Consequences: if you didn’t complete the task you set out. Look at why, realise that you are not being productive only busy.
