Bio: Training to the max

Bio: Mum to Paddy Guillois and his three brothers (ages 31-18). I live in Alicante, Spain, running two English schools and enjoying sea views.

Bio: Tiff Shurr, Canadian, travel a ton for work (Tech sales leader) looking for longevity in life and ways to maintain balance and be kind to my body!

Bio: Suffered arthritis, injuries, chronic pain since 1987. Former athletics & little boxing too. I’m a dancer! (Will be back here 2025 due to hectic work)
