I finally bit the bullet, pushed all the self-doubt and negative thoughts aside, and posted my very first Tiktok video 😁

Today I managed to create a new news letter and even scheduled to send it out. Yippy, I'm so excited because these small daily exercising tasks are really making me realise that I'm heading somewhere. I love this for me.

I find myself back at the labs this morning in what supposed to be a 30 min check to an hour already. I'm not cancelling but postponing to tomorrow 9am. Lotsof love!!!
