Dear Community, We’ve made a exciting upgrades to our weekly rhythm and added a new Friday session to help you close the week feeling calm, grounded and reset! Here’s our updated schedule: David’s Breathwork Session: 🗓 Mondays - 7.30pm (UK) Fascial Maneuvers with Philipp: 🗓 Wednesdays - 7.30pm (UK) Friday Community Coffee Morning: ☕ Fridays - 07:00am (UK) NEW Friday Session - Unwind: 🗓 Fridays - 7.30pm (UK) This new Unwind Session (first session TONIGHT!) is designed as a powerful end-of-week reset. Philipp will guide 30 minutes of Fascial Maneuvers to release tension and restore movement in the body, followed by 30 minutes of Breathwork with myself to calm the nervous system and help you fully let go of the week.
