Scripture: Isaiah 6 (Here am I. Send me.) I hear your calling, Lord. Make me your servant to let others know about you. Exercise: 18 km cycling Meals: today salad-day Water: only 8 cups again, I need to put more effort into this Act of grace - done

Scripture ✅ Nourish ✅ 45 mins workout did running ✅ 1 gal of water (even more!) ✅ Act of grace ✅ Reflect and record ✅ I just get more and more excited of the results to come! And loving that it’s so easier with accountability, and doing this for the glory of God. 🥰

Same here, I am so grateful for the accountability of this group. Looks like that's what I needed.
Day 4
As planned I went for a cycle ride in the morning, 16K. Scripture: Isaiah 5 Water - only managed 8 cups today 😔 I noticed that I need to focus on this in the morning bc if I miss my morning cups, I cannot catch up in the second half of the day. Meals high fiber and protein Act of grace: I listened to an interview with an old friend and then I reached out to her to thank her for the thoughts. Good day overall.
