🌿 The Space Before Receiving
This isn’t about manifesting more stuff. It’s about finally feeling supported. It’s for the those who give everything they have and still go to bed wondering what’s left for them. For the ones who’ve been on wait-lists for months, told help is coming — and it never does. For those who hire supports that disappear the moment things get hard. For the friend who holds it all for everyone else, and realises no one’s really holding her. I see you. I feel you. As we prepare to begin 7 Days to Receiving tomorrow, I want to share a little energy medicine with you. Everything in your reality — every opportunity, conversation, or coincidence — responds to the frequency you hold. But what many don’t realise is that your subconscious runs most of that frequency. It remembers every time you felt unsupported, unsafe, unseen, or too much — and quietly builds walls of protection from those memories. You might consciously want more love, rest, or support… but subconsciously, your body whispers: > “It’s not safe yet.” “I’ll lose it anyway.” “Someone will get hurt if I receive this.” That’s why affirmations and manifestation rituals can feel like they’re floating off into the wind — because beneath the surface, the subconscious is still guarding the gates. This week, we’re going to clear those gates.
