What Channeled book have you read?
These are books delivered by people who connect directly to source, at first most did not know. Read their books and understand the message. I will list the ones I have studied. Books: Ask and It Is Given by Ester & Jerry Hicks - She channels a non-physical source energy called Abraham Conversations With God By Neal Diamond Walsh (4 books) I AM The Word (7 books) Other Channelers I have studied: Darryl is a channel for an extraterrestrial entity called Bashar. Lee Carroll is an author who channels Kryon, a well-known entity in the world of metaphysics. If there is one you know PLEASE put it in the comments so I may study it.

You but yourself in a dream like state and think of what you want and WRITE IT DOWN and read it several times and feel like you already have your goal; and do this for more than 68 seconds. As an added bonus you can get the 7.83 hz frequency audio or video from youtube and play that in the background.
