7 Day AIS Challenge
Built an executive assistant, not for business but for my own life. Gave it full context on what I do and what I'm learning, then built two skills on top of it: a daily planner and an eating plan. Next one I'm building will help me structure how I learn new things, because consuming without a system is just wasted time. Seven days in. The challenge is done but the building isn't. 🔥

6 Day AIS Challenge
Scheduled a weekly AI industry briefing that runs on its own every week, searches for what's new and delivers a clean report without me touching anything. Used a scheduled task, not a loop. Made more sense for something that only needs to run once a week. What surprised me: it just... ran. No input, no babysitting. Came back and the report was already there.

Deployed my first automation on Trigger.dev. What it does: every Monday it searches the web and YouTube for the latest AI news, tools and startup funding, writes a structured report with an LLM, and saves it as a Doc in ClickUp. Zero manual work. What broke: all 5 API keys existed in the dashboard but only under Development. Had to add each one again under Production. Five minutes of confusion, easy fix once you see it.

@Frank van Bokhorst not really. A bit frustrated and lost.

Built my first Claude skill: /homegym-programmer It generates personalised home gym workout plans. Trigger it with /homegym-programmer or just say "create a workout plan for me" and it walks you through your goal, equipment and schedule before generating anything. No assumptions, fully tailored. What I optimized: the first version had generic rep ranges, so I added a baseline intake step. It now asks how many push-ups and pull-ups you can do in one set, then builds from there. If you can do 30 push-ups you're getting archer push-ups and deficit work, not standard ones. The plan adjusts to you, not some fictional average person. That last part is what made it click for me... a good skill doesn't just collect info, it uses it. 🔥
