For the fish portion of this meal plan does the fish need to be fresh or canned does that change the carnivore diet at all?

What can I substitute for liver in the meal plan because I'm not the biggest liver enjoyer, and I'm not to keen on the flavor.
Workouts
For the gain muscle portion I’m really busy and it’s kind of hard to find the time to go to the gym with school and Lacrosse Practices is can I do home workouts or will I not see that much progress.
