Is my presentation not good?

I’ve had a Depop store for the last 4 months and this month I have made the most money yet and everything seemed to be going well. However it’s going to well and I’m getting to many orders to the point where I can’t pay to ship them all off now because I’ve spent all my money shipping other orders off and Depop takes forever with payment. I don’t want to refund the orders that I can’t afford and I don’t wanna take a short break to get some money in my bank incase my store starts to decline again from the break. What should I do

I know (correct me if im wrong) you're meant to put the tracking into depop once it's reached your country or whatever, how do I know once it's in my country or so on?
