Council Work
Hey guys, just seeing if anyone here has council contracts and what they are charging per panel? My residential jobs are not based per panel, just my commercial. This is my first time quoting for the council and there is a ton of work if I get this job . This particular job is 80 panels and on a single storey community centre. My normal price for 80 panels would be $8 per panel +GST. Any help in what to include would be amazing. Cheers guys Rhys

That’s a good question. I just heard that they offer a discount if you sign a contract for a few years. Also, those contracts can be easily canceled if the customer finds a better offer.

How to test the water
Because we use soft water for cleaning solar power plants, it is necessary to know how long the filters and ion exchange resin last before the water becomes too hard. How do you measure this?

@Kim Verduyckt Yes, I have bought it and it is not expensive. What is the number on it before you change the substance in the demineralizer? 80?
Inquiry
Hi! Looking for a sunbrush (min. 7m or larger) to rent for a job or to partner for the job. The solar farm (230k panels) is located in Hungary (looking for nearby companies). Let me know if there is interest. Thank you!

I come from the neighboring country – Slovenia. I can come and help you with this project, but I would like to know the price and the location.

Hi. We are just starting out. I have fitted panels for years and looking build on this and get more work hopefully through the maintenance and cleaning side of things. Can anyone suggest a good kit to get started and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I bought my brush on Alibaba for about €700 (including shipping). You can borrow the other items from other people until you can aford it yourself
Introduction
Hello everyone! My name is Ashton Campbell, I just joined the group yesterday. I'm excited to share my knowledge but also acquire more knowledge on solar panel cleaning! I've been in real estate for the last 5 years, I am a licensed agent, and also the head of operations for a local home buying company in the greater Tampa Bay area. My skillset is in optimizing and growing businesses and I have embarked on this journey of starting a local Solar Cleaning biz to put my skills to the test. I have built out my CRM and almost done putting together field tech SOP's and sales SOP's. I still need to build a KPI tracker and get my logo/mascot finished, then it's off to the races!

I work at a company that installs solar power systems, and I want to find more clients.
