Are Mystic POD templates copyright free ? Can i use directly?

I failed 3 times in mockup tests in Meta Ad.(High CPC, low click) I made my mockups by canva. So I am frustrated. Now some kind persons advise me to make mockup by MysticPod. How can i create mockups ? My Niche is Hiking. What should i write to Chatgpt to get best prompt suggestion? how many mockups should i make? How can i change tshirt colors? Please explain details. I will be grateful to you.
