@Terrance Gee this year a continued professional development program for one industry we do a magazine for. We warned people for 3 years we would ..they took too long stalling so we just launched it.
Day 7 — The Chapter Length Rule That Keeps You Moving
Let’s remove guesswork 👇 600–900 words per chapter works. Anything longer slows you down. If you already sell something: Shorter chapters convert better. 👉 Action: Pick ONE chapter and aim for ~700 words.

I struggle with over producing. I can vomit endless words on my favourite topics but...I agree...that's more to please me than inform the reader. If you can't cut it down and make it clear then people will not take it in

@Terrance Gee tomorrow it will be an article about a project that is out for tender and what the documents reveal about the problem that necessitated the call for a service providerit has real potential to be a snore fest if done wrong (or too long).
You’re More Qualified Than You Think
A lot of people don’t start because they say: “Who am I to write a book?” Here’s the unlock 🔓 You’re not writing to everyone. You’re writing to someone one step behind you. You don’t need to be the best. You need to be clear and honest. Your experience is the curriculum. Write this sentence and finish it: “I help people who struggle with ______.” Which best describes you? - - - -

@Terrance Gee making magazines....which i am "paying it forward" doing here on Skool with SkoolMagazine. Ironically, the members are kind of making the ebook each month :-) But i like learning by doing. Its more satisfying.

Well, no surprising but reassuring: people need very little guidance to excel. They just need a platform/outlet/opportunity.
Day 6 — Your Introduction Is Either Selling or Losing the Reader
Most ebooks lose readers in the first 2 pages 😬 Why? Because the intro talks about the book instead of to the reader. Your intro should say: 👉 “You’re in the right place.” 👉Write 3 sentences : • Who this is for • What problem it solves • Why it matters now 👉 What’s hardest for you? • • • •
