Good morning. Can you please kindly assist me with step 2 in the workbook. After I wrote down 36 values as instructed in step 2 , I was required to review the values one week later. Can you please explain to me how I am suppose to do the brainstorming wrapup after step 2 on page. I took the value community engagement and asked myself " what does this give me?" . My answer was connection and I replaced the words"community engagement" with the word "connection". I understand that we are required to get to our underlying values, but I'm struggling to do that with all the values that I've written down. For example , another value of mine is " raising the energy of others". I asked myself what does that give me. The answer is happiness. Alot of my values gives me happiness. Another example of a value of mine is personal development. I'm not sure how I should go about writing down my values and when do I write something as my final underlying value after question it , because that erases any other values that I've mentioned. For example , I value Learning New Skills. Learning new skills gives me happiness and empowers me. Do I erase all values that gives me happiness and only write down happiness as a value? I have another query regarding the Career Values Workbook. I will ask my next question once I get assistance with step 2 in the career values workbook.
