I have gone from 6β2 130 pounds to 175 pounds without putting on much fat thanks to Zaiaβs guidance. Iβm now looking to get down to a lower body fat % and am currently working with Zaia in the 1 on 1 sessions to construct the proper training and diet regimen to meet my goals. Cannot say enough great things about the program.
While I still have a long ways to go, following Zaia and listening to the information in his course has helped me progress so quickly, crush my goals, and has boosted my confidence.
