Same to you all!
Setting Colors in Fabric
The colors of fabrics or other materials of any kind may be set by boiling the articles in the following solution: To 1 gal. of soft water add 1 oz. of ox gall. This solution should be boiling when the articles dropped into it. A chemical reaction results and the colors are set or made nonfading. The process is harmless. Colors in wood may be treated in the same manner. 1915, The Boy Mechanic.

@Jacob Cleverdon I work on teen programs for a library. You order cyanotype canvases and have the teens place objects of their choice on them. Then you take the canvas outside and let it sit in the sun for 5-150min, the sun turns the uncovered canvas blue and leaves a white imprint of the object. It looks cool and is easy to do. The pictures are not the best, but you can find really intricate ones Google image search.

@Jacob Cleverdon I have not ordered them yet, I have a couple other projects for the first quarter already set. From what I have read they are set once done, just keep them out of direct sunlight. You can order them on Amazon or some art and craft stores also have them and cyano paint.
