Healing injuries recs
Anything else I should be using besides klow to heal injuries? I’ve had 2 hip labrum surgeries in the last year (one still bugs me) and recently left shoulder bursitis aka inflammation

That should do you good. 5 days on 2 days off. I am a fan of a longer cycle with lower dose. I do 5 on 2 off, basing my dose on about 1.25 ghk cu which gives around 250 mcg or so of the other 3.
Thymosin Alpha 1 Update One Day In
I realized a lot of struggle this time a year wether it be with sickness or seasonal allergies that make life miserable. I started research with Thymosin Alpha 1 yesterday and wanted to document the journey here with you guys to potentially give you some relief as well. 1.6mg 2x per week is what was performed in most trials so that's what I'll be going with So far I felt a massive reduction in overall immune response and almost a calming feeling after about 2 hours. I do feel 10x better today then I did yesterday which I will mostly accredit to sleep and rest but, I will keep everyone updated over the next couple weeks. Thank you guys for being patient with me as I took some time to rest up yesterday. Love you guys and I can't say it enough I'm extremely grateful for this amazing community.

Duration of protocol? 6mg is the high end on that if I am not mistaken?
πŸ§ͺ COA Discussion: Where Do We Draw the Line?
Hey everyone! Need your collective wisdom on something that's been on my mind lately. This is phase two of holding companies accountable. Question for the group: How long do you consider a Certificate of Analysis (COA) valid before requiring a retest or moving to a new batch? I'm curious about your experiences and standards because I've seen different approaches: - Some folks stick strictly to 6-month windows - Others push it to a year if storage conditions were optimal - A few seem to retest based on visual/sensory changes rather than time My take: I personally think any COA at 6 months is reasonable for a company to move to a new batch, or at the very least retest. That seems like a fair balance between safety and practicality I would love to see new tests every three months but, I understand some products don't sell as quickly. The more frequently the better but, we need a standard in this space. What I'm wondering: - What's your personal cutoff time? - Do you factor in storage conditions (temperature, humidity, light exposure)? - Have you ever had issues with older batches that seemed fine by COA standards? I know we all want to balance safety, quality, and practicality here. Would love to hear how you've navigated this in your own operations. Drop your thoughts below! πŸ‘‡

This is difficult because of the difference in number of customers vs. stock quantity at any given company. Given that, I think one month is excessive. 60 days sounds reasonable on known top selling peptides. 90 days for others.

6 months seems way too long.

Vanguard have intentions of creating a public library of COAs?

@Derek Pruski Copy that. I suppose that is enough to ensure confidence in their testing as far as I am concerned.
