I’ve had a few people get mad at me for sending 1 cleaner so I’m just trying to see what any of you guys do

Hey everyone 👋 Glad to be here and excited to learn alongside other operators building in the remote cleaning space. What pulled me into this model was the simplicity of it done right serving real clients, building systems instead of stress, and creating something that doesn’t rely on being everywhere at once. Like most people, I started by trying to do too much manually. Over time, I learned that progress in this business isn’t about working harder, it’s about setting things up so they work for you. Hey I’m trying to get insurance I’m in ny and it’s coming out to like 140 a month. Do you guys have any idea why that’s happening?

How do you guys price commercial jobs?
