The Honest Truth About Entrepreneurship
Shakin' Hands Podcast recently had on Sofia Fasquelle, co-founder of SimpleAF. She makes a very impactful and strong point as an early startup entrepreneur. Many people want to be entrepreneurs to "have more time," but the harsh reality, which Sofia points out, is when starting, you will have no time. Money is tight or nonexistent; you don't have money to delegate tasks, and all you have is your time to give. When starting a business, you will lose friends, your circle may grow smaller, and you may miss holidays or family gatherings. It's the work that must be done. Over time, those who support and understand your vision will follow you. For those who don't, maybe you don't need them anymore. They are burdens on your success and journey. Is it worth leaving them behind to chase what you want? What is everyone's take on Sofia's perspective? Drop your thoughts in the comments👇
