Release Sadness (google drive) ~ This weeks meditation is tuned to 444Hz featuring the use of the note C. When A4=444Hz then the C note above, so C4 equals 528Hz, the frequency associated with the Solar Plexus. 528Hz is well known for it's calming and relaxing affects. 444Hz by itself, is an interesting frequency because of the repetition of 4. Tuning with numerology in mind opens up a whole new world of pairing frequencies together that may not fall within a traditional scale. ~ Enjoy today's meditation.
