Remote Appointment Setters (Real Estate) — Hiring 10+ About Us: PipelinePilot helps real estate teams convert more of the leads they already have by fixing slow response, weak follow-up, and missed opportunities. This is conversion, not marketing. Role: Reach out to cold/warm real estate leads (data provided) Qualify prospects and identify gaps in their process Book appointments for the closing team Compensation: 10% upfront commission 10% recurring monthly commission 2k/m + 2k/m additional every month (2k, 4k, 6k, 8k, 10k) Requirements: Comfortable with cold calling Able to call US numbers (dialer provided) Clear communication, follows SOP, stays professional Mandatory team meeting every Saturday 3pm EST Performance (Strike System): Strike if: 8+ no-shows in a week 0 bookings in a work day Under 2 bookings for 2 days Not following SOP 2 low-quality bookings in one week(if they don’t even know why they’re on the closing call or lack funds) Late by 5+ minutes or no show mandatory team meeting without 1 hour prior notice Miss more than 2 of 4 monthly meetings Remove strike: 4+ bookings for 2 days 3 strikes = removal If you’re coachable, consistent, and ready to perform, schedule an interview: https://calendly.com/jack000li123/30-minute-meeting-clone-2
