Hey door sharks! Round two here in Denver is starting out a little rough. Yesterday, I spent way too much time driving around without talking to people and making offers. I have a quick tip on saturation in a fresh storm: When you see three contractor yard signs in a neighborhood, double that number to gauge competition. Once 3 to 4 contractors are knocking on doors, leads may decline. Be mindful of saturation levels. #DoorSharks #GaugeSaturation
