I like that it helps me see my own business in a clearer way. The suggestion of price increase sounds good but it is something I will have to think about because I would hate to go up on a few people and then if the experiment backfires then those people can feel ripped off when finding out what most others paid. But i understand the suggestion however I will keep running these so I can let the AI understand my business better to see if that is still the suggestion

I completely agree. More context can only lead to a more accurate output. And I get the hesitance with price raises there, and appreciate the willingness to consider anyway if the facts support it being an overall positive for the client base if handled correctly. Given this context, I think the Scope skill would be perfect to run next, and may even show a version of that way. Let me know what it comes back with!

Hey I am Javier Mendoza
I am in Cary, North Carolina. The skills I'm best at are training dogs and helping people guide their dogs. I sell services that include dog training, boarding, daycare as well as grooming dogs and transport. I am currently housing about 60 dogs average with a capacity of 140 dogs and about 25 employees. I would love to be able to purchase my own building to continue offering this service as I no longer want to lease. The pillar I think is stopping me is... Metrics and perhaps Market of the right building and location

Super cool Javier! Glad you're in. With that building goal, I'd say you're right to be taking a hard peek at Metrics. The Business Model Map skill in the Claude Skills section of the classroom is the best thing to start with to shed the most light on your current situation.
