@Marcus Raines I’ve been a dispatcher for about 5 years now under big companies. I wanted to branch out on my own because I see the difference they are charging the owner operators compared to what an independent dispatcher would charge. It would not only increase my pay but also increase the drivers as well. My cousin got me interested in being a dispatcher in the first place but after speaking with a few drivers is what encouraged me to go on my own. I see different routes for my family with this business being the foundation to an empire. How long were you driving trucks for if you don’t mind me asking?

@Marcus Raines well I’m sure it’ll work out with any direction you choose. I’m working my way up I use to work at gas station so I had to do ordering for the store check in drivers and the inventory provided the tank gross etc to eventually now being a dispatcher I hope one day I can see how it is to drive

I'd like to learn how to negotiate rates and learn from everyone who has experience. 2. I'd like to learn which platform(s) are best for locating owner-operators and how to retain them as well. 3. @Bogdan Camenschi honestly Colorado in march it’s close to the end of winter and beginning of spring it’s so beautiful and peaceful out there especially in Estes park it’s in the mountains and looks like your in a bowl
