5 out of 5 stars with out a doubt. The SSC is so elite. Post after post. The value just doesn't stop. Jake's knowledge on training principles is unmatched and the time and effort he puts in daily to help all of the members understand these principles is what gets me. 
I have had a number of questions come up in my own training that I have put on the SSC community page and the quality of the responses that I have gotten has been unreal.
