Community Roadmap: What’s Coming Next
Hey Lawn Care Pros I want to share what’s rolling out this week and give you a look at where we’re headed. My goal is to keep adding tools, resources, and systems that make running your lawn care business easier, more profitable, and more scalable. What’s Dropping This Week New Door Hangers → Ready-to-use designs for mowing and aeration, customizable for your brand, so you can start getting customers straight away. Mowing + Fall Services Calculator (Updates) → Continued improvements for accuracy, speed, and flexibility so you can quote jobs with confidence. Ongoing Development I’ll be consistently improving the calculators and tools inside this community. Expect: Expanded Service Calculators → hedge trimming, and other services Combo Pricing Options → Discounts and bundles built in so you can upsell multiple services. Mobile-Friendly Quote Tools → Easier for you (and your crews) to use out in the field. What’s Coming Next Here are the bigger plays I’m working toward: Marketing Library → Flyers, postcards, email templates, and social posts you can plug and play. Job Costing & Profit Tracker → Simple calculators to track expenses, revenue, and margins per job. Recurring Revenue Systems → Strategies, scripts, and templates to move more clients into weekly/bi-weekly mowing contracts. Hiring & Crew Management Resources → Checklists, SOPs, and job ads to help you scale your team. Member Spotlights & Case Studies → Learn what’s working for other pros in the community. Your Input Matters This community is built for you. Drop in the comments: What service calculators would help you most? What marketing materials would make your life easier? What challenges do you want tools/resources to solve? Together, we’ll keep making this the #1 resource for lawn care business owners who want to scale smarter. Let’s grow — Zac

We do 90% reccuring mowing which brings in about 12k a month. We are trying to grow the recurring side as much as possible, just so it's easier to hire employees with peace of mind. We offer a few other simple services such as Bush, trimming, mulch, and aeration and overseeding. But these are just a small percentage of our business revenue. Our goal this fall going into next year is to offer aeration services with a big discount if you start weekly service with their company. This should hopefully put us in a great spot starting next year with a little insight on how many employees we might need to hire.

Full Clean Up
Just curious of what your guys fall cleanups all consist of.

In my area fall cleanups are almost always referring to leaves. We don't offer removal as it requires extra expensive equipment. But we offer leaf mulching services to our mowing customers which is basically just our mowing service but we do circles with our cute blocker closed until all the leaves are gone. Most of the time we can keep up with it and not have any leaves in the yard by the end of fall. On occasion we will blow to wood lines with blowers.
