Slow Cooked Beef Stew
While helping mom clear out her garage , I stumbled across this old brand new Kenwood slow cooker, judging by the look, this is a old model...worked like a bomb, Aiden and Mom really enjoyed my stew

I still use my slow cooker which I bought years and years ago. Great! I use it more in winter... so you've reminded me to get it out the cupboard now, thank you! The evenings are getting cooler, ready for a stew 🍲

Thank you Paul for entertaining everyone yesterday, I got so side tracked with work. @Oliver Wing yes, I lived in CT southern suburbs (Glencairn / Sun Valley) for 18 years (now in the Langeberg Winelands) and I do miss the Mountain - don't miss the wind though 😃

I love watching the ovens being used - and eating the delicious food that comes out of them! I'm sure if I tried the naans would end up in the coals; they make it look so easy 😁
