Love Rami comment on selfhelp junkies and Ustaad comment on Bruce Lee: “I am not afraid of a person who knows 10000 kicks. But I am afraid of a person who knows one kick but practices it for 10000 times.” Kinda remind me on starwars =) I have this bad habits with books. Now its better. First read books you already have and build from there.

Session 3 Takeaways: Barakah in Energy
Session 3 is probably the heaviest session in the whole masterclass in terms of content. I remember my first time teaching this class, we ended up splitting it into two sessions, each was between 90-120 minutes! Then I realized the power of slowing down, giving enough space to interaction and reflection, while making sure that the information is transmitted through other means (such as this Skool group). Anyways: What are your takeaways on Energy management and working to obtain barakah in our sleep, our nutrition, and our exercise? Bismillah!

Agree with Atikah tayyib part is almost forgotten in our discussion when coming to food. My takeaways: 3 component in physical aspect when want to become best of yourself. 1. Nutrition (plan your meals, 80/20 rule) 2. Fitness (basic human movements and 3 type of exercises: mobility, strength and endurance) 3. sleep (napping and sleep hygiene)
