When you looking like someone obese and can’t fit in something ,and falling like this guy… what are you really thinking 💭? 1.it’s funny 😆 2.it’s not funny 😏 Honestly, I am smiling ☺️ for a second and after that going to compassion 😞… of course many of them just don’t want to change, some just surrender to try, some just don't understand 5-10 years consequences… …many of these people really unhappy ☹️ suffer from their condition and really need help to breakthrough, need some guidance and support…

Why counting calories diet don’t work for permanent results? 🧐
Simply because you body adapt ( survival mode)your metabolism to be able running all functions on everyday basis with that amount of energy which you provide with food and stock some energy just for emergency 🤪(same survival mode in progress) so stop counting calories
