Of the adult members, 40% volunteered at least once this month. If 60% of all members volunteered at least once this month, what percent of the members are teens? A) 60% B) 50% C) 70% D) 66.667%

D. I initially thought that the question was asking what percent of those who volunteered only were teenagers and not what percent of the entire community programme. Almost got me.
Daily SAT Question 5/14
Answer to previous question WAS 6250. @Lalith Lokarapu had a good explanation, though it can be solved even MORE simply using Desmos Regression w/o a table (with the brackets). Check that section of the Desmos course if you want to see more. New question:

I got -7 too. When we foil it out, the terms with an x^2 are 16x^2, 9x^2, and pq x^2. Set that equal to 24 and pq becomes -1. Now, the terms with x^3 are just qx^3 and px^3 which must cancel out as they are not present in the final simplified form. It results in p + q being equal to zero. Make p equal to x and q equal to y in the Cartesian plane. It becomes xy = -1 and x + y= 0. You get two solution sets at (-1,1) and (1,-1). Using the first solution set the terms with just an x term becomes 16(-1) + 9(1)= -7. Since p is less than q, this works as p is -1 and q is 1.
Daily SAT Question 5/13
Answer to the previous one was 86. @Lalith Lokarapu had a good explanation. New question: The volume of container A is 250% of the volume of container B. The volume of container A is also 0.04% of the volume of container C. If the volume of container C is p% of the volume of container B, what is the value of p/100?
