I’m Yousef. I come from an engineering background, but I’ve always been fascinated by how creatives build real businesses without losing themselves in the process. One thing I’ve noticed across different fields is how easy it is to get stuck in survival mode, constantly creating, reacting, and guessing, without the space to step back and think like a leader. Not because of lack of talent, but because no one really teaches that shift. What drew me to this community is the focus on intention over hustle and strategy over noise.
