Something nobody talks about enough in here.
Everyone's building systems to save their clients time. But most founders I've seen, including myself, are still the biggest bottleneck in their own business. You automate the follow-ups. But you're still the one approving everything. You build the onboarding flow. But clients still end up in your DMs. You set up the CRM. But you're still the one checking it every morning. The tools got smarter. The founder didn't step back. I've been thinking about this a lot lately running my own agency. At some point the real unlock isn't a better workflow. It's actually letting someone else own the backend completely. Curious if anyone else has hit this wall. And if you did, what actually helped you get out of it?
