We cannot receive what God has for us holding onto what was. Open your hand. Notice what WAS is no longer there. Now that you’ve got your hand open, grab ahold of God’s promises!

The past, it’s a funny thing. You cannot do anything to change it, and sometimes it seems the days know it and taunt you. But truthfully, you can do something about it. You can choose to heal from it. One of the things that made the cross most effective was that Jesus experienced it and healed from it! The first declaration from the cross was, “Father, forgive them …” Selah. That’s healing! Happy Hump Day!

Happy Monday!! Oh, we are starting the week out strong! We are removing those knives and arrows the enemy tried to take us down with. We were wounded, but not wiped out, HALLELUJAH! Although we don’t have the ability to forget, we are choosng to forgive and let go. We are relinquishing the prison keys to our heart where we have our offenders bound by unforgiveness and bitterness. “Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.”
