If you write
Do you think simply sitting quietly and writing could change your life? I have been writing since the age of six, and it has been life saving for me. I know you might think that is a little dramatic, but there were times in my life that a pen and sticky note gave me an outlet to say what I was really feeling; to a boss, spouse, parent, and especially to God. When we write we subconsciously allow feelings and ideals that are waiting to be released to the world. I dare you to try it, 🫤don't be scared.🫣

I totally agree with you. I think I sit on a lot of creativity that wants to live, make a difference, or even shape other forms of reality, but I've been guilty of holding it back, stuffing it down.
