Do simple filmed videos work?
Hey Department Fam, I am getting bogged down by trying to figure out how to make recording videos sustainable for me, but Iโ€™m getting stuck in the expectation that YouTube rewards the polished video look. Anyone have some insight they can share of the results they get posting with a simpler setup?

I use Zoom to record my videos and upload to YouTube. I have found that the reels I record on my iPhone get more views than my long content that I try so hard to perfect. Donโ€™t overthink think this. You will work out the kinks as you goโ€ฆ
Introduction
Hey ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ I am a Relationship Coach with a YT channel and a talking head Podcast. My niche is professional women over 30 looking for love. I am also a Bible Teacher with a YT channel and a talking head Podcast. My niche is Christians who want to grow spiritually and become disciples. I am struggling getting noticed. I am here to learn everything I can. Any tips on how to increase views organically?

Advice on Relaunching My Podcast and 2nd Channel
I wanted to reach out and get thoughts on something Iโ€™m working on. Iโ€™m in the process of restarting my podcast called Sea of Hope, which is all about the intersection of faith and mental health. Itโ€™s a space for sharing encouragement and offering a bit of hope to folks who need it. Alongside that, I also run a platform called Rested Brown Woman, which is more specifically for women of color, focusing on self-care, intentional living, and faith-based encouragement. Itโ€™s got a bit of a mentorship vibe and is really about helping women embrace rest and confidence. Iโ€™d love to get advice on how to best relaunch my YouTube channel and whether you think I should keep these two platforms separate or consider combining them into one. Should I focus on Sea of Hope first and let Rested Brown Woman grow out of it, or keep them as distinct channels?

Hello @LaMia Hernandez . I agree with @Adeteju Aderoboye . Both are needed and powerful. Start one at a time. Also consider starting a free community for each (one at a time). That way you can add value and create a space for your ideal audience to get support. You can poll your community and get ideas about what their pain points are. This allows you to create the content they want to consume. Good to see you here. Take care. โค๏ธ
YouTube Course
Has anyone uploaded a free course to their YT channel yet? If so, did it increase your views or subscribers?
