Alright, I suppose it’s time to introduce myself before I keep lurking in here like a suspicious neighbor peeking through blinds. I’m Yogi, and I’m in real estate wholesaling. Which is a fancy way of saying I spend my time looking for motivated sellers, awkwardly explaining assignment fees, getting ignored by strangers, and occasionally questioning every life decision that led me to voluntarily choose this beautiful circus. I’m here to learn, network, bring value where I can, and hopefully connect with people who are actually doing deals and not just posting photos next to cars they “manifested” in a dealership parking lot. I’m focused on finding off-market opportunities, solving seller problems, building real relationships, and becoming dangerous enough at this business that Zillow starts getting nervous. Alaways learning. Still grinding. Still occasionally staring at comps like they personally betrayed me. Excited to be in the group. Looking forward to connecting with operators, deal-makers, and fellow brave lunatics who decided real estate was a healthier addiction than buying crypto at the top, or crack in the back alley.
