From last 2 days have not been able to go to gym or play cricket , deu to rainfall and also am on fasting for Navratri. So I made a plan to walk 10k steps daily and today have completed it bh walkin 10k steps in the house only 🎯✨. Also am keeping a check on my diet as even not able to eat more but giving body exactly what it needs is essential ✨💪.
