I’m having issues with my self schedule rate on my simple lead form ads. I run ads for accounting firm owners and my first client in the UK achieved a 70% Lead to booking ratio (both self scheduled and us calling and booking leads who didn’t self schedule). His specific self schedule rate was 0 for the first couple of weeks but then picked up and ended up at 44% which is above KPI I believe. This was on a $27 a day budget. The link click to lead form conversion was also 28% which is far above the 10% KPI. I’ve started running ads for my US clients who wanted to spend $40/day and it’s been 2 and a half days so far and we’ve generated 5 leads but none of them have self scheduled. I’m aware that perhaps it’s too early to tell but is there any steps I can take to improve the ads to further aid self schedules? As only 2/5 leads that came in have picked up the phone when we’ve called that at 2-3 different times during the day across the last 2 days. Right now on my lead form I have 2 simple multiple choice qualifying questions and then SMS verification to kick out fake leads, and then the last page is the booking page where they click continue and are natively kept on a booking page within facebook through our GHL calendar. See pictures below ⬇️ Would really appreciate some advice
@Thure Sander I'd have thought US leads are more inclined to booking a call, I'll try and make it clearer to book maybe change the creative to make it more clearer to book? This is a example creatuve that gets us a lot of leads but no bookings, the cta is quite clear in my opinion
