My start of the journey
Hey guys, Today is my first day of researching and learning about freight dispatching. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Eugene, and I'm a 26-year-old born in Ukraine. I've been living and working in Budapest, Hungary, for almost 6 years now. I've tried various things to find an occupation that I'd be passionate about, and simultaneously thank to which I could become financially free. This may be it. I have a bachelor's degree in Logistics from one of Ukraine's universities, and never thought I'd come back to this direction, but here I am. Currently, I work as an Engineer at one of the big Companies here in Budapest, but I don't like this job, and I'm planning to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic in 2-3 months. My family lives there. I'm going to try to become a freight dispatcher, and hopefully by the time I relocate, I'll already have a job :D Anyway, would you, who reads this now, be willing to share your experience on how you've become a freight dispatcher? Was this free course helpful to you? I've also heard that people from Eastern Europe get a lower commission percentage. Is this something to consider? Because, as I think it's only a matter of negotiations. But do the truck drivers actually want to work with foreigners? I'd appreciate any advice from those who have already gone through the path of becoming a freight dispatcher and have some experience they'd like to share in a few sentences here. And to those who are only starting as I am, I wish you the best, and I want you to know that even if you feel like it's too complicated, and tons of information are pressing you from the top to the ground, you can do it regardless! I'm rooting for everyone. God bless you all!

How many of us are not from the US?
Hey guys, I'm just wondering how many people here that are not from the US. Maybe you can share with us where you're from, and maybe something that you found that may be useful for all of us who is not from the US. I'm from Ukraine, but live in Hungary, and going to relocate to Czech Republic.

Good Evening!
Hello all, my name is Nick! I'm new to this group and have started building a truck dispatching company from the ground up. I plan on doing most of the work myself to start with until it makes sense to hire dispatchers and expand the drivers we work with. I have several years of industry experience, but most of it thus far has been behind a steering wheel looking out at the US Interstate system. I plan on making 8,000 a month within the next 6 months and will be sure to keep everyone updated on my progress. Looking forward to the journey we're all on! God bless
Good Evening!

Hey Nicholas, I think you can do it especially with your experience in the field. Good luck to you.
Hello community
I'm new here.. my goal is to quit my current job and start earning $10,000 a month at minimum so I can have financial freedom and take care of my family. My biggest question and concern right now is that all of you are mostly from the United States but I live in Canada, all the permits licenses and other stuff is for US residents. Can I even do it from here? If yes how? And can you give me a brief summary of how it works for someone living in Canada (Quebec)

Hi Vanshjeet, as far as I know you don’t need to be physically in the US in order to work in dispatching. I’m located in Central Europe. I hope you’ll achieve your goals, the best of luck to you.
Europe gang
Hey guys, so I’m interested how many of us here is from Europe, or other parts of the world that are not the US. Do you have any info that you found that can be useful for us? For example, what about a phone number, I mean the US one, how do we get that, and how expensive is that?
