Here’s what i do when i get feverish 1: I stop working out completely for 2 days, basically take rest. 2: 3 day course of paracetamol (1g*twice if i think it’s not that bad /1g*thrice 1st day the twice remaining 2days) 3: drink plenty of water 4: EAT…most of us don’t eat anything which I think the body takes more time to recover.(protein n carbs…I basically eat rice and chicken/egg and have yogurt with rice) 5: Have ginger shots with lemon…concentrate is what I prefer…will feel each and every part of digestive system 😆 6: SLEEP If it goes to throat pain and stuff i drink hot ginger tea and some strepsils will do the work. Usually i get recovered completely doing this sometimes it takes 1or 2 days longer but once i feel better compared to how it started, thats when i start going to gym ( I actually can’t stay away from going to gym so I usually start as soon I’m able to walk to the gym😆😅) It’s better to boost your immunity by adding some vitamins too
