🌿 A heart full of gratitude (and a gift for you)
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, my dear sisters 💜 I am writing this today with a heart overwhelmed by the mercy of Allah. Every day, I feel deeply blessed and guided by Him to witness the incredible strength of the sisters I had the chance to support. It is an honour to serve as a guide for those of you looking to heal deep trauma, rewrite the limiting beliefs that have held you back for years, and finally remove the blocks that stand between you and the life Allah intended for you. Through the tools of RTT and Islamic healing, I work to create these profound shifts in just 1 to 3 sessions. I have spent time creating a dedicated space where you can explore how this work can change your life. You can visit it here: ✨ tawakkulmind.com ✨ What I’ve prepared for you there: - A Gift for Your Qalb: A free guide I created to help you begin soothing your heart today. - The 30-Day Shifaa Reset: My workbook designed to help you reclaim your peace and mental clarity. - Stories of Transformation: Real experiences from sisters who have found their way back to their Fitra through this work. - Book a Discovery Call: If you feel ready to evaluate your situation and see how we can work together to change your life, you can book a free call with me directly on the page. I am so grateful to be on this journey with you. May Allah guide us all to a life of tranquility and purpose InShaaAllah

🌸 My story & intention behind this space🌸
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh 🤍 I want to begin by saying: If you are here, this is not by coincidence. Allah guides hearts before He guides steps. My name is Yasmina, and I created this space with sincere intention (niyyah) to support Muslim women in healing — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — through Tawakkul, knowledge, and compassion. 🤍 My journey (from illness to healing) For over 10 years, I lived with an autoimmune condition and thyroid disease. I was taking 9 hormonal tablets a day, struggling daily with my body, my energy, and my health. Doctors told me I would likely never conceive, and this deeply affected my life and even delayed me in being able to marry and start my own family. I was born and raised in Croatia, living a completely modern lifestyle — disconnected from faith, nutrition, body awareness, and inner purpose. Although my father was Muslim, my family was not practicing, and society gave me a distorted image of Islam. At one point in my life, I suffered a lower spinal injury that left me unable to walk for six months. That period changed everything. When your body stops, your soul begins to speak. Allah says: “And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.”(Qur’an 2:155) That hardship forced me to question my life, my choices, and the meaning of existence. I felt a deep inner calling to change — completely. 🌿 Healing the body I began by helping my body heal: - I started training in the gym - I studied nutrition - I learned how the body truly works - Two years later, I was squatting 110 kg, leg pressing 200 kg, and became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, helping women transform their bodies. This greatly improved my autoimmune condition, but I noticed something important: Every time I experienced high stress or emotional trauma, my illness returned. That’s when I understood a truth that Islam already teaches us.

🌿 Body, Nutrition & Healing: An Amanah From Allah
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh 🤍 In this space, we will talk about the body — not as a problem to fix,but as an amanah (trust) given to us by Allah. Allah reminds us: “And eat and drink, but do not be excessive. Indeed, He does not love those who commit excess.”(Qur’an 7:31) Nutrition is not just calories, weight, or trends. What we eat directly affects: - our hormones - inflammation and autoimmune conditions - fertility and menstrual health - energy, mood, and mental clarity - the way our body responds to stress and trauma The Prophet ﷺ said: “The son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach.”(Tirmidhi) This teaches us balance, moderation, and awareness — not restriction or fear. 🌱 My path to this work I share this knowledge not only as a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, but as a woman who lived it. For over 10 years, I lived with an autoimmune condition and thyroid disease, was on 9 hormonal tablets a day, and was told pregnancy might not be possible. Through Allah’s guidance, learning how the body truly works, changing what I ate, how much, when, supporting my body with the right nutrients, and reducing chronic inflammation and stress — Allah blessed me with healing and a completely natural, healthy pregnancy at 38. Not by force. Not by extremes. But by knowledge + consistency + tawakkul. “There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment.”(Bukhari) 🌸 What you’ll learn in this category In this community space, I will share general education, such as: - How nutrition influences hormones and autoimmune conditions - Why deficiencies create symptoms long before diagnosis - How food affects the nervous system and emotional regulation - The link between gut health, inflammation, and mental health - Islamic principles of nourishment, balance, and care - This is not medical advice, and it is not about quick fixes. It is about understanding the body Allah gave you.
