If I opened your calendar right now, would I actually be able to tell how you make money? I have been thinking a lot about those weeks where we are constantly in motion. You are replying to emails, jumping on calls, and posting content. But then Friday comes and you wonder what actually moved your business forward. If you feel this way, know that you are not lazy and you are not failing. It usually just means you have outgrown the version of your business that got you here. You might be spending all your energy on "maintenance" just to keep things running, instead of "momentum" to help you grow. The shift is not about working harder or being more productive. It is about being intentional so your business starts supporting your energy instead of draining it.
