@Andreu Oulqaid Garcia The diagnostic should happen before you offer the demo. For a restaurant, I would ask: How are new customers finding you now? Which days, services, or order types are hardest to fill? When someone searches your name, what do they need to see before choosing you? How do bookings or orders happen today? If a better website produced additional bookings, what would that be worth? If the owner says they have enough customers and do not want a website, qualify them out. If they name a specific gap, book the call and show one concept tied to that gap. Have a simple proposal and contract ready, but confirm the scope, price, timeline, deposit, recurring fee, and success criteria on the call. Collect the deposit before beginning the custom build. Actually, your constraint may not be doing more alone. Track calls, conversations, diagnosed problems, booked meetings, and deposits. That will show where the process is really breaking. Which of those stages is currently lowest?
