Basically, I want to catch posts or comments where someone says something like: - “I’m thinking of selling my house” - “Looking to buy a home in [location]” - “Best agent to help sell fast” - “Any advice for first-time home buyers?”...you get the idea — real buyer/seller intent signals. - I’ve already tried tools like Browse AI and a couple of Apify scrapers, but honestly didn’t have much luck. Either they got blocked, missed key posts, or just didn’t go deep enough. 💡 So I thought I’d ask here: - Has anyone done something similar? - Any tools, scripts, or strategies that worked well for you? - Especially anything that worked reliably with Facebook groups, Reddit threads, or Google search results?
