It’s a Simple Tasbih Counter app for Muslims who want modern sleek looking interface with the ability to track their daily dhikr with beautiful charts and graphics 📿 It took me a few days to build using AI (as a novice in dev btw), and two weeks to get published on the App Store! This was the hardest bit 😄 took a fair few rejections before it finally got accepted after some perseverance…honestly at times it felt like it was never gonna get accepted! Thank you to @Imaad Malik for giving me the encouragement a few weeks ago when I jumped in the webinar he hosted when it was just me and him on there 😂 And thanks to @Shuayb A for bringing me in to the coding bootcamp, even though I’ve only done 15% of the course! Sometimes being in the right rooms acts as a motivation in and of itself alhamdulillah 🤝 It’s an mvp, I know there’s lots I can add to flesh it out, for now I just wanted to ensure it looked appealing and just get it out there! The idea behind it is to build something that focuses on one thing rather doing too many things at once. If you're not using Claude to build out your features in your projects, guys, then you're really missing out! Hiring managers and businesses I'm looking to see how pragmatic you are with the newest tools. This tool came out almost a year ago. It's been taking the software engineering seen by a storm, and we've included Cursor (its competitor) in some of our videos. But Claude is becoming quickly a better platform to use. It's an amazing coding agent, however, if you're not familiar with working in the terminal, it can be a bit sticky. I'm thinking of making a video series on this on how to use it, but feel free to check it out and create your portfolio projects within two to three days. Making this entire process of finding a job in tech that much easier guys!
