I started my Ai agency/ business around 3 4 months ago. Started off going into a builder loophole.... Successfully wasted 6 months 💀 So I did the inevitable pick the phone up and call people ... ( hated it , still hate it).. Landed a tech partnership with an existing company running for 3 4 years. Met with 50+ businesses face to face. Honestly I came really close to signing big deals but ig that comes down to more and more repetitions of sales. As of now I have 1 interested client for a custom ai powered crm ( hoping it goes well and I sign them) If any of you have seen success in the sales part hit me up would love to connect and try new strategies.

I started this biz of mine around 2-3 months ago. I stared off with a small 1k website job. Since then I have talked to over 50 businesses face to face. I have finally got intalks with an actual interested Lead. They are losing £20k a day due to missed enquires , chaos not being able to manage everything. We are going to provide 4 solutions (proposals sent + met face to face) Centralized enquiry system (going to merge 8 channels into 1 dashboard) Calendar optimization and route planning assistance system ( They cover a lot of clients in 1 day ) Missed call Ai receptionist Ai Quote Estimation and property visualisation system My current challenge is I don't know what to charge. I have a full technical team that will want a cut for the build cost ranging from £2.5k to 3k per system. I am currently planning on charging around 4k and £500 ish per month per system. But for ai receptionist a good model will cost £0.50 per call. They get easily around 400 to 600 calls a month. Any ideas?

Instead of being like hi its name and im from company and I help with x I said hi its name ummm this is kinda like a cold call but not to sell, ive built a system that doea x and kinda wanna see if it can provide value. 30 day free trial just to see if it works can we hop on a call. What this did prospect sees 0 risk and possible benefit. Price objection taking off the roof. Best for people starting out.

I am currently doing cold calls for about 3 weeks. I got my pipeline to like 10k. Ofc pipeline haven't really closed many that would be a dream. Had 3 client meetings in total and following up with 2 more. A decently sized solar company has showed interest. Cold calling is good for learning sales, confidence and rejection but I cant really scale that way. Has anyone had any success with cold email and if yes I'd love to learn.

Just a month I got a builder client for a website(1k) The solar client was on and off but now its confirmed essentially I will be using my follow up system to get them qualified leads. My concern was gdpr but even that is solved the leads have opted in and have given consent. Additionally a beauty saloon is interested as well. (Website booking system, Google review automation, 24 hr sms reminder, Reminding cold clients after 12 weeks+) Another builder whos coming back from holiday is interested as well. (Website) A driveway guy is interested but hes 50-50. (Website) In a matter of a month i have landed 2 clients and got 3 interested clients. If those 3 clients do get interested and sign thsts a 5 clients this month 🤑🤑 3 are warm leads 2 are cold leads. Im just happy to get people interested tbf thats a win for me
