whenever im by myslef or just at home my diet is great and healthy with no sugars or candy or anything like that but when im with my friends i always fail to stick to my diet and end up eating bad like them. Obviously im not gonna stop hanging out with my friends because of this but i need a way to fix this. I think if i just eat really healthy before i go and hang out with them and fill myself up with good food then i wont want to eat anything else and i will be good but idk. lmk if yall have any other suggestions
