Very heavily considering joining the M2M group. My only worry is that I work a minimum of 48 hours a week and I am preparing for a kid that is coming in very early march. If I'm going to join I want to go all in, but I'm worried I don't have the time to go all in on it. Anyone in a similar situation in the M2M group?

Usually I don't have much luck during the night but since I have been heavy targeting buyers with an 8 PM cut off for the time zone, I have been getting much more people respond at night. Anyone else experience this? I am EST, but I just had a big buyer in Jacksonville send me a huge buy box like 15 minutes ago. Its interesting that I get more responses from these investors and portfolio managers later then I do sellers.
